Derek Hooper takes a hands-on approach with his real estate clients, leveraging his experience in home renovations, rental properties, and real estate development. A Dalhousie University graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Derek specializes in Ottawa's downtown residential, condo, and investment market. Growing up in the Glebe, he has deep local knowledge and a strong network, making him well-equipped to help clients buy or sell in urban walking neighborhoods. Derek co-founded the Elgin Street Classic, a hockey tournament supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa, and is also a coach for Hockey Night in the Glebe.
